Inferno Pilates is a high intensity, low impact interval training based on the principles of Joseph Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, flow & precision) married with the genius of Izumi Tabata, the Japanese scientist who invented the concept of interval training. It is a perfect compliment to your Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga practice! We condition the room to 95 degrees so you'll still work up a sweat and build some serious glutes and abs.
